Le Creuset

I bought Le creuset stoneware. When I found it at the Internet shop amazon.co.jp, I suddenly pushed the button to buy it because it was so cute. After receiving it, I read the details of it and found out it could be used in refrigerator, oven, and microwave. It can go from microwave straight to the table. It is not only cute but also easy-to-use. I made steamed sweet potatoes(Kumara Satsumaimo) .

I can't stop having sweets.

I stopped at a convenience store on the way to home. I found some new sweets which I had never seen it at the shop. I really wanted to eat it.I was going to buy only one chocolate doughnut.As a result, I bought 3 of sweets. I can't stop having sweets even though I should watch the sweets.I should notice that how many calories are in these .According to the descriptions of these sweets, the calories are as follows;
A chocolate doughnut 309Kcal
A milk loaf(Chigiri pan banira choko) 367Kcal
A banana muffin 217 Kcal.
Total calories is 897 ! I am very surprised to realise how much calories are they. I should refrain from dropping in a convenience store in order to reduce my weight.

A Happy Lunar New Year !

A Happy Chinese New Year! The swine (in Japanese INoShiShi) is the Chinese zodiac sign of this year. But depends on the Asian countries, there are two types of Chinese zodiac sigh. One is INoShiShi (swine) in Japan. Another is pig (swine) in Chinese, Korean ,and Asian countries except Japan. Why are there 2 types of swine? Why do only Japanese use INoShiShi ?

According to the Korean culture,this year is thought to be a special golden pig year.The golden pig might bring you big fortune in this year. Do you believe it? I bought small golden big at Korean souvenir shop.

Salt pork arranged

I added some vesitables to salt pork to make it both taste and health better.It can be looked very nice to add red, yellow and green color. I will put it in the lunch box.

Palliative care at home

I am wondering how I could proceed with palliative care at home as an occupational therapist.Palliative care means total care for people who can no longer be cured because of cancer, an intractable disease and so on. Recently the number of people who need palliative care at home is increasing rapidly in our community.Some patients suffer mental disease ,especially depression, as a result of Long-term hospitalization. We home visiting medical care staff should care for both physical and mental problems of patients. we should help patients have a good quality of life at home.

Weblog in English

It has been over 3 weeks since I started this blog this year. It is very hard for me to write a blog in English. I have a lot of things which I would like to write in this blog, but my English skill is not enough to describe my opinion. I wish I could write a blog without question. I am sure that writhing blog in English will help me improve my English writing skill. I would like to keep writing this blog as long as I could.

Apple Comport

I made an apple comport.You can make it very simple way.Just cooked apples with suger or apple juice. put lemon or cinamon on it depending on your favorit. You can enjoy it to be either warm or cold. When I was a child, my mother used to make it for me. I like it very much. Apple Comport makes me remember my childhood.

Tea tree oil

This photo is my favorit aromatherapy pot which I bought at MUJI shop(Mujirushi Ryohin). I sometimes feel itchy with my eyes and nose for couple of days.I am afraid I might catch a cold or,even worse, have a pollen allergy. I didn't suffer from a pollen allergy last year because I used tea tree oil with this pot and also used the oil when I took the bath. This is why I use tea tree oil now. Anyway, It has been over 2weeks since I started this blog this year. I would like to keep writing this blog as much as I can.

I love sweets.

There is a lot of convenience shops near my house. I sometimes drop at one of its to buy some sweets when I come back home . One of my favorite convenience shops is Seven Eleven.It has many kinds of sweets rather than the other convenience shops have. I bought a cream puff with chocolate.I felt comfortable and happy because it was a very sweet and good taste. Why do sweets make me feel happy? There must be a secret how sweets work my brain.

I am sure that I will buy the cream puff again and again until this winter ends because I really love it.

A mild winter

It was very warm today. According to a weather forecast, it may be a mild winter this year. But it is TOO warm. It was 14 degrees yesterday even though it is February. It was the same degree of March. I would like to know what happened to a winter in Japan.
